United States: Shipping within the US will be a flat rate of $6.99 for each item and $3.00 for each additional items.

International: Shipping will be calculated by distance and size

Returns and Exchanges

At The Grey Thimble, each pillow is thoughtfully crafted with unique materials, often in limited quantities. Many designs incorporate vintage quilts, lace, and specialty fabrics, making them truly one-of-a-kind and unable to be reproduced. Due to the nature of these materials, I am only able to offer a store credit for the return of any pillow.

If you wish to return a pillow, you will receive a credit equal to the original purchase price, which can be used to purchase the same pillow (if still available) or another pillow of equal value.

To initiate a return, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. The pillow must be in its original, unused condition and upon the return of the pillow the credit will be issued. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
